Capt. Dustin Pack is a dedicated conservationist and proud third-generation Floridian, committed to preserving the beauty of the Tampa Bay watershed. He believes that a successful fishing trip starts with a healthy estuary, clean waters, thriving seagrass, and a rich diversity of marine life.

"It's refreshing to know someone that is polling me around like Capt. Dustin Pack, who is a care giver for this environment that someone else is going to inherit"  - Host of Flats Class TV and Legendary fishing Guide Capt. CA Richardson

Third Generation Floridian

Specializing in fly fishing and sight fishing, Capt. Dustin Pack invites you to experience the unmatched beauty of the Tampa Bay watershed — a vast estuary teeming with life. From sight fishing shallow seagrass flats for tailing redfish, laid-up snook, and sea trout, to chasing giant migratory tarpon along the Gulf, Tampa Bay and its surrounding waters offer endless opportunities for year-round adventure on the fly.

Tampa Bay WaterKeeper

A fishing guide’s first priority should always be the environment. A healthy body of water creates a stronger ecosystem and a more rewarding fishing experience. Since 2020, Capt. Dustin Pack has served on the Board of Directors for Tampa Bay Waterkeeper — a proud member of the Waterkeeper Alliance, a global network of more than 350 grassroots leaders across six continents dedicated to protecting everyone’s right to clean water.
